Michael Weatherly is leaving NCIS after tonight’s season finale episode, marking the end of an impressive 13-season run on the series. Next season, Weatherly can be found on a new CBS series called Bull.

Tonight’s finale of NCIS is called “Family First,” and in it, NCIS, FBI and MI6 continue an international manhunt for an escaped British spy who is targeting current and former agents. Guest stars in the season finale include Robert Wagner as Anthony DiNozzo Sr., Sarah Clarke as FBI Special Agent Tess Monroe and Duane Henry as MI6 Officer Clayton Reeves. NCIS Season 13 stars Mark Harmon (NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs), Michael Weatherly (NCIS Special Agent Anthony “Tony” DiNozzo), Pauley Perrette (Abby Sciuto), Sean Murray (NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee), Rocky Carroll (NCIS Director Leon Vance), Brian Dietzen (Jimmy Palmer), Emily Wickersham (Probationary NCIS Agent Eleanor “Ellie” Bishop), and David McCallum (Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard). The show has been renewed and will return for Season 14 in the Fall.
