Ziva’s father! Michael Nouri plays Sue Ann’s defense attorney on Convicted.

Correction: Michael Nouri plays Eddie Barrett’s defense attorney, not Sue-Ann’s. Just happened to walk by and spot Mr. Nouri, aka Ziva Davis’s father, thought he was speaking to Sue-Ann, Missed court scene until watching on CBS online just now!
