Moon Knight Is Headed To Disney+ Moon Knight Is Headed To Disney+
Marvel Comics' Moon Knight is headed toward a series on Disney+ Moon Knight Is Headed To Disney+

Long rumored as a possibility for Netflix, and once developed by an independent studio over a decade ago, Moon Knight is finally headed to television courtesy of the Disney+ streaming service.

The announcement came today at the D23 Expo, where series for She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel were also announced. A logo for the series was also revealed.

Here’s the logline for the series:

Moon Knight aka Marc Spector is a former CIA agent who was almost killed by a terrorist named Bushman. Marc’s life was saved by the Moon God Khonshu. Marc kills Bushman and becomes Moon Knight. Four personalities dominate Marc’s head including Steven Grant, Jake Lockley, and Khonshu and they work with each other and fight for control at various times. Moon Knight was created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin. He first appeared in the August 1975 issue Werewolf by Night #32.

The Disney+ service already has series for Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, Loki, and on the way; this is yet another arrow in the Disney+ quiver. Disney+ launches in November. (Good thing we already got the @MoonKnightTV Twitter handle years ago, eh?)
