Amazon has set a Friday, November 2nd premiere date for upcoming Julia Roberts thriller Homecoming.

Based on the podcast of the same name, with Mr. Robot creator Sam Esmail developing for television, Homecoming follows Heidi Bergman (Roberts), a caseworker at a facility helping soldiers transition back to civilian life. The series follows Heidi as she treats her patients while working alongside facility director Colin Belfast (Bobby Cannavale), an ambitious man with questionable motives.

In addition to Roberts and Cannavale, Homecoming stars Stephan James (Shots Fired), Shea Whigham (Boardwalk Empire), and Alex Karpovsky (Girls).

The series, which features the first series regular role in Roberts’ career, joins a scripted slate for Amazon that includes Goliath, The Man in the High Castle, Bosch, Transparent, Sneaky Pete, Lore, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and The Dangerous Book for Boys, among others.
