Pretty bad, but that's what the CW deserves.

I was surprised that the Lost recap got over 13 million viewers last night.

Does that make it a 3.8? About what is to be expected. CW's numbers are down all around, Smallville got a bump from it's lowered December rating but didn't come near the season average. The writer's strike is having a clear effect, it's unfortunate that the producers weren't willing to do anything to prevent this before ratings all over TV started dropping.

I don't see next week doing too hot either. Not only is there a new 5th Grader in the hour, but there's also the season premiere of Survivor and a new Deal or No Deal. That's going to steal most of SV's family audience. Not to mention the new episode wasn't even promoted last night. And I doubt a preview of Jumper is going to pull in very many people.

3.82mil. Not bad, considering everyone is trying to remember or get caught up on Lost. It's been so long. I taped Lost, but I bet alot taped Smallville. Next week in the 8pm slot is a repeat of the Lost premiere. Hopefully Smallville will do better. For CW, Smallville is doing great. Why there was no trailer for next weeks return of GA is beyond me

Uh oh, didn't realize there were so many new showings next week
Did you notice that Smallville almost beat NBC last night

One good thing that I just thought of is that all the new stuff will get people back to the TV and hopefully they'll get bored w/ what they're watching and flip over to SV.

The Weather Channel's When Weather Changed History show got 20 million viewers last week.

That includes me, I'll be watching the Survivor premiere.

I loved the All Stars season and being that they are bringing it back this season has me waiting in anticipation. I didn't like or watch the previous seasons because they were boring.

I'll turn on Smallville though during commericals

3.8 is not bad considering we are in the middle of a writers' strike.
3.8 is not great, but its not drop dead terrible.

Now if we can just build back up to the 4's it'll be doing great all things considered.

I just wish the network would promote their show correctly. If Smallville were on NBC, it'd be a ratings goldmine for them, at least on the level of Heroes.

So disappointed they couldn't manage a trailer for next week's eppy. Makes it look like there isn't one and then it will get fewer viewers.....and what is the deal with a preview to "Jumper"...I want Smallville, that's why I tune in on Thursdays at 8pm......
