https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr...sion/index.jsp has an article (click on CW launches schedule 'experiment) about the CW. In it it says that Supernatural won't be on the midseason schedule, it'll be replaced (starting Feb 28th) by Reaper. So, no Sam and Dean?

based on spoilers there only seems to be 3 or 4 new episodes made before the strike so those will probably air during february.
these seemed to be have been made:
Episode 3.09: Witch Hunt
Episode 3.10: Dream A Little Dream Of Me
Episode 3.11: Jus In Bello
May not have been made:
Episode 3.13: Mystery Spot
and the one with the reality ghost hunters type episode.
but sucks this season will be short too. im guessing new reaper wont air till then and they will see if reaper will get higher ratings or anything while up after smallville. plus it makes new episodes last longer. plus smallville has 4 more episodes it seems that are made or are being made then supernatural.
