Now that Maya can control her powers, I expect her to not only find out about Sylar's true intentions. I expect her to join him.

Theres only 2 full-fledged villians on the show. Sylar and Adam.

You might say the Company is bad, but so far they have been morally gray not evil.

Having Maya embrace her darkside and further developing control of her abilities she could be like Marvel's Typhoid Mary. An assassin or something.

Well, her reign of terror would end when Sylar regained his own abilities, and added her power to his personal assortment. But maybe he wouldn't kill her. Although he's shown every intention of killing her so far, maybe it's possible that his sentiment for her will grow and he will view her as more than a potential snack. We've seen that Sylar does have some, if a very small amount, of good, in Season 1. Maybe if he's spent enough time with Maya, he will not be able to bring himself to kill her. But who am I kidding?
