Hmm. Two examples. Green Lanterns hide their lanterns in a small pocket universe so if anyone breaks into their homes, the thieves can't find their lanterns. They use them to charge their rings.

Example two was from the end of the Crisis on Infinite Earths. Kal-L (not El), Earth two's Lois Lane, Earth three's Alexander (not Lex) Luthor and Superboy from Earth prime were in a small pocket universe, keeping an eye on the goings on before the Infinite Crisis started. Amongst a few other people.

Nope. He's really a neutral villian, he doesn't go after one hero in particular. He's tangled with the JLA and JSA most.

I presume MM has his own special prison where he puts these superpowered foes. Or he's working with the Justice League and their rounding up all these villains putting them in a special prison.

Either way, I think Dean's character got locked up in a special cell.
