why is everyone so fixated on Claires healing power?

who said what happen to kensei was healing?

there 2 other possibilities your all missing...

1: If kensei does have a power and "healed" himself, it isn't healing, more like.. he died, then was re-set to point before death, his wound didn't really heal itself, it more.. rapidity re-appeared to normal as if he is immortal not healing.

2: If you noticed Hiro had himself close to Kensei and was emotional about the death of his hero... did you possibly think that maybe, just maybe, Hiro reverse his psychical state to before he got arrowed.. (which mind you was a pathetic "death" lol)

she can heal her brain though, but if there is something in it she dies, like when peter had the shard of glass or when claire had that tree branch, so you could stick a knife in her brain then leave her in a cell for like 1000 years and then take the knife out and shed be fine, i think, unless her brain got mushy of something

I don't think they are related. Claire ability to regenerate, slows down her ageing process. It doesn't make her immortal. She will eventually die within 200 years. But i do believe Kensei is immortal. When Kensei died. I believe he was resurrected. Not necessarily healing.

Well actually wouldn't regeneration speed up the aging process?

Unless if she literally creates new cells.

See regeneration would be based off the cells growing new cells, but that also requires energy so the cells weaken, but if she literally just makes new cells that would mean she would stay immortal for awhile.

Has anyone considered that Kensei is really Linderman? Since his power was to heal things, wouldn't it follow that he could heal himself (unless of course his brain was destroyed like DL did).

If he does turn out to be Linderman, the casting director deserves majors kudos as the actor make an excellent young Malcolm McDowell -- right down to the facial expressions and inflections in his voice.

              Opinions?

I know Wiki has to be taken at face value on being accurate, but Heroes Wiki says:
"Kensei possesses the ability of rapid cell regeneration. Like Claire, Takezo is sometimes unable to regenerate if an object is inside of his body until that object is removed. (Lizards) "

Interesting comments from Wiki. I also noted this comment in the theory link:

"...Linderman had the original Kensei sword in the first place"

The connection seems to be that Linderman and Kensei "knew" each other in the original 9. Hmmm.

Linderman was a young man in the novels when he meet Mr. Petrelli. That alone is enough to shoot down your theory! Sorry!
