Lex drugged her with synthetic hormones to make her believe she was pregnant, There is no baby because she was never pregnant to begin with, but Lana doesn't know this yet, not until later on, she does eventually finds out about it before the season ends and it will scar her for life, and she has enough scars to last her a life time already does she really need to be scarred again? when she already has so many other scars on the top of that? seriously?! this will give a her darker edge to her in the seventh season. This betrayal will give her reason for her deep disdain for Lex. If she was pregnant she would have shown signs of pregnancy by now.
