Are we positive it's Lex's baby? During the previews she's telling Chloe that something didn't let her say yes right away. I wonder what that could be.

Has too much time transpired between Clark & Lana's roll in the hay for this to be seed of Clarkey? Could she have been impregnated during the Kryptonian invasion? Did Lex rape her when he was Zod?

For whatever reason she's emotionally tormented about being pregnant. Hmmmmmmmmmm...

I think she'll say yes, eventually. But the wedding will never happen.
