    Episode 2.05: Simon Said
    Airdate: October 26, 2006

09/20 - Jared Padalecki showed up with his arm in a sling. He told me he broke his wrist while doing a Supernatural stunt, and producers were subsequently forced to write it into the show. As a result, look for Sam to have a nasty run-in with a demon around Episode 5. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
09/03 - Film crews from the TV show Supernatural descended upon Ladner this week to film several shocking stunts at local businesses for an upcoming episode of the show, which begins its second season Sept. 28. [...] The premise of the episode is that a man, possessed by the devil, convinces several everyday citizens to act in horrific fashion. On Monday, Delta Automotive on Elliott Street was converted into a gas station, and while a woman fills up her SUV, she receives a call on her cell phone from the demon who instructs her to douse herself in gasoline and then light herself on fire. Other stunts later in the week included a customer inside a converted Massey’s Marine Supply committing a murder-suicide, and a doctor jumping in front of a bus outside Delta Museum and Archives. 08/22 - Dean cheerfully gives the Impala to Andy. Source: SpoilerFix BuddyTV Spoilers Chat
08/19 - Sam's visions lead them to Andy, another 'chosen one'. Dean falls victim to Andy's powers, allowing Sam, who can't be affected, to hear his brother's buried fears. Realizing that, Sam asks his brother to let them go ahead while they rescue Tracy, the victim of Andy's previously unknown twin. Webber's abilities, with control far superior to both Sam and Andy, could spell doom for Dean. Source: SpoilerFix.com
08/18 - The brothers meet Andy Gillette, a modern-day hippie near Sam's age with the ability to control minds. His sudden change from rather small influences, such as convincing people to 'loan' him their cars, attracts attention. Source: SpoilerFix.com

10/07 - Sam and Dean meet Andy (guest star Gabriel Tigerman), a slacker who has psychic powers of persuasion, which he uses to gain favors from people. However, when some of Andy's friends start dying, the brothers question whether Andy is using his powers to kill. After learning that Andy's family was visited by the Demon 22 years ago, Sam wonders if Andy is part of the group of children the Demon told him about, and if that means he himself will eventually turn evil.

Something big is set up in the Oct. 26 episode. A demon warns Sam that he has "plans for people like him" — meaning those with his psychic gifts. The episode closes with the brothers, and Jo and Ellen realizing that there are more demons out there than they realized. And that they may be hunted, themselves.

Now that's what I'm talking about!

Sounds like S2 is gonna take a big uptick next week, or at the end of it; in terms of getting back to the similarity of last season's storylines and the "villain"/hunts actually being kinda spooky/gross/weird again.

You kow what, after seeing the trailer for next week, after tonight's Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things - I think Hunted and Simon Said got switched, or Hunted was moved up a few weeks [for whatever reason(s)].

Hmm... if the spoilers are correct, at least for titles, then Hunted - or whatever its gonna be called - has been moved from 2.10 to 2.5.

Hmmmmmm... actually, you know what, maybe it still is Simon Said. By the spoilers listed above in this thread, the gas station and woman getting set on fire was in the trailer for next week, so.......... ugh. No idea what's gonna go down.

i think its still going to be simon said. they could have stuck clips from another episode in plus sam does have messed up visions when simon is using his powers too and stuff. plus i think in hunted dean cant use his powers or something cause that girl has them about sam and has to save him.

The Director's Cut clip is now up for this episode on the CW website.

It's definitely worth checking out! More than that, it's freakin' hilarious.
