I think they handled the way Clark broke up with Lana okay. I mean yeah he lied, but he's lying to protect Lana from getting hurt anymore. If he would have said "i do love you but we have to break up for other reasons" she wouldn't have accpeted it and would have fought to get him back...but saying "i don't love you" even though he does in order to get her to move on and find someone who will love her just as much as Clark does but also not hurt her with secrets is a massive display of self-sacrifice....just like supes should be.......

The worst thing for me about the Clana break up

what is worse is the start of Lexana, that is just twice as bad as the Clana yo yo ring around. at least that doesn't creep me out or gross me out as much.
