As much as I would like the writers to explore the whole clark and chloe relationship more, I doubt it. It is too bad - it's about time chloe gets clark...even just for a little while!

Another poster agrees with you but said there may not be time enough.

Even if they went into season 7-8 they could still make a very good story arc for a mutual and understanding relationship for Chloe and Clark!!

And even then, he added "at least not right now" after saying he didn't have feelings for her. Then later in Bound, he wanted to kiss her in the elevator. So that certainly doesn't say to me that he doesn't have feelings for her.

The fact is, TPTB are leaving it open for a reason. I mean, Chloe will be the "girl he grows into" afterall.
