To me Lane Smith is the best Perry White ever my favorite Lane Smith scenes.Is when Lane acts like the father in the rats scene. I get a kick when Clark begs Perry for one of the rats. Then Perry's response is 'Do you want to go to the dark room?' The other scene has got to be the dough nuts scene,where Lois tries to blame it on Carl from travel.
