i didnt dislike the movies costume, but it wasnt great, smiderman that was a GREAT costume

Its just a matter of the clothes make the man. The Flash's costume was always so intricate because it was so simple. Red spandex with lightning bolts to accentuate speed....so easy and yet it looks so great, especially when he's movement.
(And a bit of trivia for ya, the Flash was before his time. He wore a running suit made of spandex years before Olympic atheletes started to ^_~)
