Parts of it felt like a letdown, to be honest. On one hand, I loved how Kara was focusing on Lena and the what-ifs. It was some decent character development for both Lena and Kara as Supergirl explores her relationship with Lena.

But on the other hand, I couldn't help but wonder if this was just an excuse to use old footage from past episodes as filler sandwiched in between all the new footage. large parts of it felt like filler because of this. Not a very strong episode for the 100th episode.... rather let down because of this.
