Really enjoyed this one. Liked the design of the Megara. Originally, they were going to be spherical robots, but that was dropped because they noted something similar in Star Wars. It resulted in a more creative choice, than just two metallic spheres. Looking at the Megara, you get the feeling that they're über advanced. A lot more advanced than K-9.
It was nice to see the villain of the story using the segment, as part of their plan, rather than the Doctor and Romana getting thrown into any random adventure (and ends up with a segment at the end).
A bit annoyed with them putting Romana in danger, by having her fall off that cliff. It felt too much like they were either doing it, just because they needed a cliffhanger for the first part, or because they needed Romana to be a damsel in distress for a moment.
