Just binged the first two episodes. Quite like it so far. Too bad it was cancelled.

Finished watching it. A terrific television show. Very well-written, which makes its cancellation even more sad.

Interesting that they never have Swamp Thing and Daniel Cassidy interact. Normally, you'd have Daniel in sort of a side kick role to the titular character (ex. Cisco on The Flash), who'd need the main character to guide them and set them on the right path (ex. Bart Allen on Smallville). Instead, Swamp Thing and Blue Devil are seemingly unaware of each others existence. There is essentially a Blue Devil series playing out, cocurrent with/during the Swamp Thing series. Neither is the side kick of the other. They are both the protagonist of their own story. Two stories with connective tissue and characters crossing over, but their own stories none the less.
