An animated web series, that explores the origins of Oliver Queen. At the time, it helped to fill in the gaps about Oliver's past, prior to him showing up in season 6. However, post-"Toxic", at least the island parts of this story aren't canon to the show anymore.
Looking at both versions, "Toxic" is the better one. It shows Oliver getting stranded on this island for two years, during which he has to fend for himself and teaching himself to use a bow and arrow (which was followed up in season 9, by them establishing that Oliver then trained with the Brotherhood of Sion for a year). Here, Oliver runs into some natives (not long after ending up on the island), who care for him, feed him (meaning he hasn't had to be as self-reliant as Oliver in "Toxic") and then teaches him their achery skills. Followed by him getting off the island after mere eleven months. It also contains some convenient elements like this island just happens to be where his parents plane washed up, after it crashed. Then there's the appearance of a monkey, implied to be J'onn J'onzz. Why was he there? Was he also tasked to watch over Oliver, just like he was with Clark?
