It wasn't as bad as I feared as this was a Lena-centric episode. Lena is getting close about Kara's identity.

They brought out the Lexosuit worn by her mother. I think Lena will use it if they want to deal with the Worldkillers.

They had to advance Sam's story involving Kara and Lena as now they know about Sam's condition. One or both will be the first to find out that Sam is Reign.

Both Lena and her mother have seen Mon-El for the first time since last season finale.

James didn't do too bad as Guardian this time around, but I'd rather they use Guardian sparingly. The budget from the crossover has affected all shows.
