Arrowverse crossover (spoilers)

Apparently, there might be a secret character appearing in the crossover. Just for a laugh, I thought I should put out a theory out there. Completely leftfield. Probably will never happen. It's currently unknown what Earth Batwoman is native to. Earth-1? Earth-38? Another? Her solo series is being developed by Caroline Dries. What if Batwoman's native to a universe we've seen before? Not one that've appeared on any of the Arrowverse shows, but one Dries has experience working with? Basically, my absurd theory is that Ruby Rose's Kate Kane is native to the Smallville-verse. Meaning the secret character could be a pre-established SV (main) character, who shows up in the crossover. It's not going to happen and I'm not sure I'd want a Smallville/Arrowverse crossover. Nor do I love the idea of the Arrowverse writers doing a show set in the continuity of Smallville.Last edited by jon-el87; 10-15-2018, 09:18 AM.Comment

When they're traveling to Earth-2 in season 2 of The Flash, we get a brief glimpse of the Flash from the 90's show (played by John Wesley Shipp). Meaning there's a universe out there, where Barry Allen has the face of John Wesley Shipp. This could be the same thing. Another universe, where people have different faces, from what they have on Earth-1. Giving us an Oliver Queen with the face of Grant Gustin (who could be the mysterious GA who showed up in the season premiere of Arrow) and a Barry Allen with the face of Stephen Amell. It all comes down to how family lines have developed, genetically, in their respective universes.Comment

Or it could be where they were born to different families (e.g. Oliver Queen is Oliver Allen, Barry Allen is now Barry Queen). It’s Elseworlds so, it’s all about “what if?”... So what if Barry was Green Arrow and Oliver was Flash, maybe Kara actually made it to Earth first. It’s just like last season’s crossover but, they’re still heroes.Comment

Between that and the appearance of the Smallville Kent farm, this could be interesting. Or it'll end up a mess, with the writers trying to bite off more than they can chew. Based on what we know, it'll feature multiple versions of Barry and Oliver, probably multiple Supermen, Supergirl (given that there are multiple Barry, Oliver and Clarks appearing...there might be another Kara too), the 90's Flash (which creates the possibility of other characters from past DC live-action shows also showing up. Ex. Smallville and Lois & Clark), a monitor, Lois Lane, Nora Fries, Dr. John Deegan and introduce Batwoman. I've also seen a set photo of Chris Wood, but he might've just been visiting. Then there's another of the heroes fighting what is rumored to be Amazo (though, I have no confirmation for that).Comment
