Well Cain is 50yrs old and it's going to be 20yrs since L&C ended (I feel old) he probably isn't working out like he used to.

I just noticed that he had the cyborg stuff under his clothes. No wonder why he looked so bulky compared to his past eps on supergirl... he had that layered under his clothes.

I know he's 50 years old, I was reffering to his past appearances on Supergirl.
