We get Hive's origin story amidst flashbacks (that really is this show's go-to, isn't it?). And discover that Hive wants to recreate the Kree's experiment and make everyone into Inhumans.
The first test fails--horribly.
Watching Daisy hang out with the other inhumans was kind of cool.
Lincoln injecting himself. I feel like the writers have sort of forgotten who Lincoln was (before). I mean, this guy we're seeing now doesn't seem to have much in common with the Lincoln who was by Daisy's mom's side--to me at least. Though I did like him bringing up the fact that he, too, is a doctor.
May playing James was fun to watch.
The Kree have arrived! And one gets captured and used for the experiment.
Mack and Daisy meeting up and Mack disintegrates the Kree. Daisy almost killing Mack...gotta be honest, that was intense! Well played by both actors there.
The antitoxin doesn't work? So Lincoln went through all that for nothing?
Daisy offers her blood (she couldn't have done that in the first place?!).
So solid episode and it was nice to get Hive's backstory filled in.
