I noticed a big continuity mistake with this episode. The prologue with Malick's family shows a young Daniel Whitehall in 1970, but he was significantly older in 1989 when operating on Jaiying. They should've used some prosthetics on Reed Diamond for that scene, to preserve the chronology.
