Thats what i always thought but i dont really know as much as most people so wasnt really sure.

I usually read a lot about stuff I never read the actual issue Lex lost his hair in the first time but I know he blames Superman for it.

I did read about it and saw videos about that incident and other times they did his origins.

In the Superboy comics from the 60's, young Lex was working in his lab when Superboy flew by , looked into the lab with his x-Ray vision causing chemicals to explode. The fumes from the burning chemicals caused Lex's hair to fall out. This is what caused the Superman/Luthor feud.

Thanks for explaining the real reason I forgot about that part of it. I knew Superboy/Superman was responsible for Lex losing his hair I just didn't remember how it happened and confused it with a different reason he lost his hair.
