Great connections to the Ultron movie: the twins (Pietro and Wanda), the scepter, locating the Hydra base, sending in the Avengers, Theta Protocol (the helicarrier). Coulson may not have been with the Avengers, but he sent them on the mission, and gave them the means to save Sokovia, and the Avengers never knew it.
