They should have had a repeat of Flash and next week should have been this weeks episode; now the timeline is slightly off.

Unless it turns out the flash episode took place in the middle of this one and they bring Barry over here to help stop this guy.

to be honest i keep wind up typing while the flashbacks happen so havent really been paying attention to that part. But there was probably only a minute scene during the first 10 minutes with the flashback.
