Roy and Laurel were rightly schooled by Nyssa -- I don't expect either of them to be in Nyssa's league (pun intended). Only that late-inning sleeping dart saved them.

And as for the mysterious hot tub of everlasting life, thy name is Lazarus (even if they never use it on-screen ).

I agree with this season. Lots of going back and forth not knowing what the arc actually is.
