Maybe I'm reading too much into the title but this sounds like it will be a Cas/Heaven-centric episode. It does seem like we have 1 episode per season that's very Cas-heavy. This could be it.

I think your probably right Welling; I remember the first Cas heavy episode we had was in S04E20, when they explained Cas's back story. I hope there is some resolution with either Cas's grace or the angels getting their wings back story.

Yeah, I'm guessing this will be a very Cas-centric episode and I'm hoping we do get a resolution to some of the dangling plotlines regarding Cas and the other angels.
