Jim Gordon wears Sergeant's stripes (3 stripes) on his sleeve, but on his collar Corporal's stripes (2 stripes). This is VERY obvious and has to be brought to the attention of the appropriate person. It looks stupid and both the arm rank and the collar bars should match. A 3 year-old kid could easily spot this in a minuet.
