ya could be but wonder how he could beat flash in the future if the flash came first. unless hes so far in the future hes had more time to practice and go back to when he defeats the flash in the future. unless hes a previous flash(Jay Garrick was the first right?) that turns into reverse flash.

Well in the comics Jay was first but that doesn't mean he is in this. But I think what would be cool is if they get the actor from the original Flash series to be Jay.
