"Birds Of Prey" Theme Song

I am rewatching the series again and wonder does anyone know why they changed the theme song from Aimee Allen's "I'd Start A Revolution from when it first aired on television to the one they have on the DVD set?

I could be copyright issue.

Sometimes some shows have a song that they can use but after a certain period of time they have to either renew the license to use the theme song or change it.

i thought the same thing! i'm watching it for the first time on DVD and the music is all different. Especially on Prey for the Hunter, the end song is originally an Avril Lavigne song. But on the DVD it is something else.

do you know what the song is by chance or how to find out who sings it? i've been searching and searching. here it is
