I don't think anyone on the show right now is an LMD. In fact, I have been waiting for someone to be an LMD ever since the term was dropped in The Avengers. It is my belief that we will first see an LMD on AoS.

I have heard LMD's can bleed fake blood so I guess when they get "hurt" they can look like a regular injury
