Principal production to begin in November, meanwhile...
Rumor has it that the first half of the movie will be set in WWI and the latter half in the modern day meaning she will be around 200yrs old in BvS.Last edited by darkphoenix21; 09-10-2015, 07:02 PM.Comment

Exclusive: with mild spoilers, we reveal the settings we'll see in Warner's 2017 Wonder Woman movie...
Wonder Woman rumored to be set in three different time periods.
1916 where she would fight in WWI, 1940s where she would be in Themyscira, and present day which will lead up to the Justice League movie.Comment

So she was publicly active but the world doesn't really remember? Meh.
One of the time periods (WWI perhaps) could just be in a prologue while the main narrative could be split between the other two time periods.Comment

Or the final scene could be her showing up in present day. There are many possibilities that don't necessitate a double flashback.Comment

Well it's over 100 years ago so there wouldn't be anyone who was fighting in WWI that would still be alive today really, outside of that it would just be tales told.

Well one of the time periods they said 1940s but that is on Themyscira so the time period doesn't really matter.Comment
-
It shouldn't purely because Themyscira is basically supposed to be timeless, so I don't really see the point in tying that directly into a set time. It just seems like a strange decision to me.Comment
