  • TV Ratings for "Things You Can't Outrun"

    What do y'all think?

I'm guessing with the baseball airings, we'll see lower numbers the next couple of weeks.

Perhaps about 3.8-9 million viewers and a 1.2 demo?

Down to 3.38 million viewers (in the initial report), but the World Series will do that to a show. Demo down a little bit too. I think next week will be back up a bit.

Guys, this ratings are still very very solid.. I just hope that they will stay that way...a further drop would worry me...but that won´t probably happen. This show is a definite keeper for the network. I so freaking love this show!

              S1E01 - "Pilot" - 4.83 million viewers; 1.9/6 A18-49 rating
              S1E02 - "Fastest Man Alive" - 4.27 (-560,000); 1.7/5 (-0.2)
              S1E03 - "Things You Can't Outrun" - 3.59 (-680,000); 1.5/4 (-0.2)

It looks like the rate of drop has been pretty consistent so far. I just hope next week we start to see an upward trend...

Needs another update with the L+3 numbers, PR isn't on the Flash site or the CW's press site, got this from TVBtN.

With Live +3 Day Nielsen data, THE FLASH sped to 5.22 million viewers in week 3, adding almost 1.7 million viewers to its Live + Same Day total, a gain of +46%.

                THE FLASH also jumped +31% in A18-34 (1.3 to 1.7), +27% in M18-34 (1.5 to 1.9), +33% in A18-49 (1.5 to 2.0), and +39% in M18-49 (1.8 to 2.5).

These were the biggest percentage increases of the season in delayed viewing for THE FLASH in total viewers and in A18-49 and M18-49.
That's some great retention and DVR viewership matters a lot more these days. People might be watching something else or not home at the time but many of them are still watching it later. Haven't found the info for episode 2 though...
