At this point, probably. I can't see why, after all this time, that Sara would keep the knowledge that her father died from her. Actually, it makes more sense that that is how Sara would introduce herself to Syn.

Also since Sin's mother and father are dead Sara probably adopted Sin. In the comics Black Canary is Sin's adoptive mother.

The development of Slade is so fantastic, we just need to see him truly become Deathstroke
