Ok so Pan used Green and Regina used Purple but Regina didnt use her magic till the Green was already at city limits and the entire town wasnt there to say good bye so while reginas purple hit the green before it hit the city line does that mean the people not at the city line were hit by the green?

I wondered this as well. The curse wasn't stopped till it almost hit the city line. I'd have to watch again, but if the curse originated at the well again (didn't they show the smoke coming from the well?), then is that well on the oposite side of town and the whole town was covered by the smoke, or was it on one side, and only half the town was covered by the time it hit the town line?
Let's just assume that those fairytale characters are all really fast runners.
Oh, and where the heck is Red?
