I know Forum rules concerning politics, si I have to be careful how to phrase this...my screen name pretty much tells you my opinion of taking guns away from citizens. And I think--could be wrong, I'm sure this wasn't the intent--but I think the "Mayor's" actions supports me.

Actually he supports himself. Seemed like he just wanted power and not to give weapons back to the people.

I read before that if the writers decide to introduce Flash, he won't have any special powers on Arrow but will if they Flash gets it own spin off.

He wont in episode 8 and 9 ( I don't think). But Episode 20 is the back door pilot for Flash.
