Apparently, one of the writers of Rogue One is writing an episode of Rebels. I have no idea if this means there'll be a movie tie-in in season 3.

I never got into the books. Tried, just couldn't, so Thrawn doesn't do anything for me. I am excited to see how they follow up on that AWESOME finale last season, though.
