  • Uunderrated Characters of Marvel, DC, Image, etc

Unlike Pro teams that have limits for players on a roster there are no limits for characters in a Universe for Comic Books.
These are the characters that you could name, and describe how they could be used better.

Shocker He created his suit in Prison which is impressive I think equal to Tony Stark creating the first Iron Man in the Iron Man movie in a cave. But he continues to be used as a chump. It needs to be shown what it means by acts in a more proffesional manner, is able to make money in unethical ways but doesn't use the predictable rob a bank, casino, etc.
He could be the leader of his team with the main goal to make money, or works alone. It doesn't mean he won't work in a Super Villain group but tells Mr.Negative, Kingpin, etc of what he will or won't do.

I think John Stewart is an underused Green Lantern. The most recent I remember of him really standing out was during the Blackest Night with Xanshi coming back to haunt him.

Alexander Nero One of the deadliest guys with a power ring, also wonder what his Sinestro Corps costume would look like.

I think Infinity showed there's some real untapped possibilities in the Inhumans:

I liked The Question from Justice League Animated series, I wish he'd get a live-action movie, though I doubt it.

Cloak and Dagger, they are visually interesting and that if half the battle. I would love someone like Mike Carey or another awesome comic writer to write a solo series for them. I would insist on Emma Rios doing to art though. I loved her work on there spider-island mini series.

I've always been a fan of Artemis, the Amazon, for no justifiable reason other than she's a kick-butt redhead and I have a thing for redheads.

If you don't need to be obscure in order to be underrated, I'll also say Superboy Prime and Damian Wayne. I think they're underrated because a very vocal segment of the online fans I've encountered really hate both characters with a passion, but I'm a big fan of both.

Not sure if I actually like Superboy Prime but I did like how the character was used in Infinite Crisis and the Sinestro Corps War.

Damian Wayne is honestly a genious invention from Grant Morrison & co. that you just love to hate his smug/arrogance. While I'm not really reading the New 52 I hope he comes back to life real soon.

                        Blackheart

He should be a powerhouse super villain that is a enemy of Thor, fantastic four, avengers, doctor doom and vast other super heroes and super villains of the marvel universe. He would be like another Mephisto.
As a hell lord that doesn't have his power diminish no matter how long he's away from his dimension.i want to see how damn powerful he is.
also as a super villain that could be made more powerful by ghost rider's penance stare make him damn unique.

I'll further add ghost rider (Johnny blaze) with the demon Zatharos in Control.
When Zarathos took over he was winning vs the freakin world war hulk but it got stopped from continued due to the great pis of hulk is innocent are you freakin kidding me.
Doctor strange said the demon in control the ghost rider's power is god like, boundless also could defeat the green scar hulk as the human is safe switch that results in the ghost rider's incredible power being very contained. Also he did beat freakin sourced supreme that is Doctor Strange. Blackheart said ZArathos has power to rival that of Mephisto.

Ghoat rider (johnnyblaze) with Zarathos in control should be shown way freakin more with it made very clear or undeniably clear the demon is on control against juggernaut, Mephisto, Kurse, and multiple other powerful foes.
Can he manipulate hellfire in unlimited ways, is his durability at a incredible level in demon in control mode, what's his superhuman strength level, is there a maximum amount for how large he can make a hellfire explosion, what other powers abilities does he have that haven't been shown when Zarathos in control.

This is a super hero that I don't doubt can be a great defender of earth on the level of thor, yet he doesn't have the damn appearances like thor of him getting a large amount of feats with him consistently done justice.

I'm not sure if you are being serious, and I will say I disagree he's on this list. It's not like he hasn't gotten to show off what he can do, and has been done justice a lot.
                            He's not untapped potential.

since she believes Wonder Woman's mission of peace is a farce as she comes from a marital warrior kind of society this is a lot of damn untapped potential. Also she's one of the most powerful magic users in the dc universe she she should be a powerhouse creating problems for Wonder Woman, superman, and multiple other super heroes in the dc universe.
