How much do you wanna bet that Sam is actually dreaming his time with Amelia (Don (Dean) is alive)...way too many comments and hints about dreams, etc. in this episode not to think that....

and IF Sam has created this dream world with Amelia and the dog, I think it would be so so awesome to have Lucifer all of a sudden show up ....
