CTV broadcasting Arrow on Nov 21?

According to CTV, the next Arrow will be broadcast on November 21 at 7pm. Is this episode 7? Will Canada get to see the Huntress before the US?

As per the description and air date (10/10) I see in my programming guide, they're re-airing the Pilot.

See now that's cool. Why can't that happen here? I don't understand y they r airing a movie instead of just rearing the pilot of Arrow as well as the season premiere of Supernatural. Not complaining just confused u know?
