My favorite version of Deadshot is the one from the comics, pre-Flashpoint, with the design first created in the 70's with the silver mask.

Imo, SV's version was a total and complete joke and even makes Arkham City's version awesome.

My favourite is the one in suicide squad right now, but since that is not an option, I'm going with Michael Rowe

Arkham City. You on my list (BANG)! But then the Arrow version has that creepy Zsasz inspired tattoo thing going on which is awesome.

I don't know all of these "Deadshots", but I've seen the one in Arrow versus Smallville. I actually liked the Deadshot from SV purely based on the fact that the character seemed like he fit the "comics"-genre. He was just unrealistic and "ridiculous" enough that he seemed like a mythical character. The Arrow Deadshot was just like any other villain you'd find in Hollywood. So I guess what I'm trying to say is SV Deadshot was a character. Arrow Deadshot seemed very un-special. So, my vote goes to SV!
