    Cast

    Series Regulars

    Oliver Queen/Green Arrow (Justin Hartley)
The billionaire playboy who revealed his identity as Green Arrow has returned to his home, Star City to help focus on his business and cleaning up the crime after Clark finally became Superman. He takes in Tess’s son Roy Harper (Steven R. McQueen) that is apparently put under his custody as of her will. He has also officially taken Mia (Elise Gatien) on as a sidekick and broken up with Chloe after an affair with Dinah (Alaina Huffman). He decides to run for mayor of Star City.

    Dinah Lance/Black Canary (Alaina Huffman)
Dinah the Black Canary, now in a sort-of relationship with Oliver has moved to Star City with him and is helping him mentor Speedy and Roy while working as a reporter as her alter ego Dinah. She is basically Green Arrow’s partner now, and occasionally goes on ‘Justice League’ missions with other members.

    Mia Dearden/Speedy (Elise Gatien)
Mia, the girl Oliver saved from a life of prostitution has finally completed her training and is officially Green Arrow’s sidekick “Speedy”. She does not hang around Oliver in public so the identity of Speedy is a secret to everyone still except for Agent Castle (Charles Malik Whitfield) and the government. She forms a dangerous friendship with her newly adopted sibling, Roy.

    Roy Harper (Steven R. McQueen)
The secret love child of Tess Mercer and an unknown man, he has the trademark Luthor family red hair and their genius intellect. He was raised by masters of martial arts and other scholars, seemingly a prodigy like his mother and uncle. In his mother’s will, he was placed under Oliver’s custody and forms a quick friendship/father-son relationship with him. There is a hidden, dark rebellious side to Roy however and he starts to pull his new sister Mia into it.

Agent Connor Castle (Charles Malik Whitfield)
The special agent assigned to watch over Oliver by Rick Flagg and the newly renovated Checkmate organization. He finds himself questioning some of his orders at time. He knows the identity of Oliver's partners/sidekicks but keeps them secret out of respect to Oliver.

    Arthur King/Merlyn (Steve Bacic)
Oliver’s old mentor from the League of Archers, he has since gained entry to the League of Assasins and is now also in charge of a rival corporation that is giving Queen Industries a run for its money. He is secretly working with other villains to bring down Oliver or to convert him or his sidekicks to his side.

    Recurring Characters

    Count Vertigo (Matthew Davis)
Count Vertigo is a member of the royal family of Vlatava, a small country in eastern Europe that had been taken over by the soviets during their reign. His niece is currently the princess and ruler, and he is secretly working against her. He appears to have ties to the Luthor family and Merlyn.

    Vic Sage (Jason Biggs)
He works as an overlooked reporter at the Daily Star with Dinah. He is a lot smarter than his coworkers and editor give him credit for.

    TBA (Malese Jow)

I'll probably start on episode one in about a month, finishing this semester of college the beginning of next month. It should be posted around the end of May. I added some more spoilers, those are the only episodes you will know about until I get finished with episode 3 I will reveal more and more about them each day or week.

Season 1 will have 22 episodes and plenty of guest appearances though not many are familiar faces.
