Who is Sara Queen?

I was on Green Arrow tv and it said something about a Sara Queen drowning at some point. Is their another Queen sibling or what? I'm still mixed about Ollie having his mother alive and now a sister but time will tell.

If I posted something about a Sara Queen it was likely a typo... it's Sara Lance, Laurel's sister, who drowned.
