Dear TV Show Chuck,
Now that it is time to say goodbye, I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how much you have meant to me these past five years. I started watching from the very first episode and have remained true until the end. Never before have I felt so passionate about a show. I think that is because Chuck felt like "our" show. Every season you were on the chopping block and I faithfully wrote emails, ate subway sandwiches, wrote reviews and sent in pictures to fansites. Each year when you were saved I felt like I had something to do with it, I was a part of it.
You were quirky at times and inconsistent (in that way you reminded me a lot of Smallville). Honestly, sometimes I couldn't stand you - especially when Jeff and Lester were concerned. But overall I loved you for your wonderful characters. You helped me believe that even an average guy could become a hero.
So, thank you Chuck. Thank you for entertaining me all these years.
