Not a character but perhaps the teacups in Gold's shop are from Alice in Wonderland? Either that or the Beast's servants from Beauty and the Beast.

For some reason, I see it being more an Alice in Wonderland reference if anything. I see the servants being restored as people with their memories lost, as we know because of characters like Jiminy that people who were changed to a different form were changed back into human form for the curse.

If it does end up being some kind of Beauty and the Beast reference, I see it being more of a thing to jog the people's memories if they ever appear in any episodes.
