Nope, it's not. Melissa's dad (the witch who survived in her family from 16 years ago) remarried another woman, who is referred as her mom now. She's not magical, and she doesn't know about what Melissa or Melissa's dad are. Miller says we haven't met this wonderful woman...yet!

Well they did make a huge hint that Faye's mom had a thing for the Blackwell guy(when Cassie's grandmother mentioned it). That being said Faye hasn't shown any special magic abilities. I wouldn't be surprised if Jake is the special one(although that makes for a whole lot of icky since he kissed his half sister. lol). That being said you can eliminate Adam or Diana since both got their powers through their dads

Betting man in me says Faye though(since it was hinted at)
