Okay not really a quote but I loved how the clock tower started to chime and Regina quickly turned to look out the window with such a stunned look on her face.

Their whole banter was awesome because it was basically like they were both all "Princesses are the worst, am I right?"

^^^ Yes, you are right. I can totally see those characters complaining how their evil plans got screwed up once again by those horrible princesses and how one day they will put them in their place.

That was a good comeback Maleficent had to Evil Queen.

My favorite...well not quote,but scene is when the apple tree is falling and the Emma said: Your move.
